Lizzy Briskin

Lizzy Briskin has been a BestReviews contributor since 2020. She received formal culinary education at Cambridge School of Culinary Arts before joining the editorial staff at Real Simple Magazine as the print food editor. She then went on to Food Network Magazine and is now a full-time freelance food, travel, health, and lifestyle writer for outlets including Wirecutter, Shape, Self, Women's Health, The Kitchn, and others. Aside from writing, she's an avid reader, adventure traveler, and marathon runner currently training for her fourth Major marathon (Chicago). 

Given her background and interests, Lizzy specializes in cooking, fitness, and travel content. She graduate from Amherst College with a BA in English, and now lives in New York City.
